A Story Behind Every Recipe
Where cooking and Asian culture meet
We bring our cultural heritage to life
Started in 2019, Dash of Soy is the highest-rated cooking school in Seattle and the only cooking school in the United States owned and run by a team of all-women, all-Asian chefs. Our chefs share a commitment to authenticity and cultural representation, with each chef bringing their own cultural heritage to life through authentic dishes.
Intimate setting for six
Our kitchen is designed for six guests to receive thoughtful instruction and personalized attention from your chef in a welcoming, relaxed environment. You'll cook side by side with your classmates and you might make a friend!
Over 45 one-of-a-kind classes
Steamed or fried, ramen or rice, you'll find the perfect Asian cooking class for you. If you don't see it, just request it – our chefs have wide repertoires.
Powered by Women. Led by Diversity. Where Everyone Belongs.
Dash of Soy is owned and run by an all-women team of AAPI chefs who share the same passion for sharing our heritage and culture through food. Dash of Soy donates regularly to non-profits supporting women, minorities, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
