Chinese Vegan Dumplings

This 3-hour cooking class shows you how to make vegan dumplings at home with a delicious filling creating the perfect balance of flavor, texture, and colors. We will start by making a hot water dough to create the wrappers from scratch. Then prepare the umani-packed filling, learn different ways to wrap a dumpling, and experience different ways to cook them. At the end of the class, we will taste the dumplings together with two different types of dipping sauces. This class supports gluten-free dumplings too, but it is important to reach out using this form before registering.
